You trigger it via the event `START_VERSAND_STORNO_MSCONS`, which exists for LF, MSB and NB. If the withdrawn message was the response to a request, it in turn cites that request via `anfrageReferenz` (`SG1.RFF+AGI`, application number); this is how the meter reading messages 13002, 13008, 13009, 13015 to 13019, 13025 and 13027 carry it. Examples from the test set: `RFF+ACW:REF123456789` (13006, test case 1), `RFF+AGI:12345678910` (13002, test case 1). The values there are placeholders and do not point to each other.
