Process triggers MSB

There is exactly one endpoint: POST /inbound.

The MACO APP provides a single endpoint and selects the event via zusatzdaten.eventname in the body. Every event has its own page on the left: its body, its responses and a test dialog that sends to POST /inbound.

This version carries the events of the market role MSB (metering point operator). The same event names occur for other roles with a different body; that is why every role has its own description.
