The LF is assigned to the market location on the request date of the message. An agreement on the billing of the metering point operation via the LF exists between the LF and the MSB of the market location.
Results
The LF is no longer assigned with regard to the handling of the charge for metering point operation of the metering location. A final invoice is issued if applicable.
